gravitational waves

Dr Daniel Williams is part of the team at the University of Glasgow who investigate gravitational waves, and this year led an international team which revealed over two hundred new black holes. He'll be giving a talk about the part that Glasgow and Scotland played in the historic first detection of gravitational waves, and what we're learning from these things which go bump in the night.
